This policy explains what information optimizesheridan.com (the “Site”) collects and how we use it. Optimize is a sole proprietorship run by Robert in Sheridan, Wyoming. We keep it simple because we collect very little.

What we collect

The only information we collect is what you choose to send us through the contact form:

• Your business name
• Your phone number
• Your message (optional)

Like any website, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data in server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, to keep the Site secure and working.

How we use it

We use your form details only to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to provide our services. We don’t use them for anything unrelated.

We don’t sell your data

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we don’t share it for advertising.

Who handles it for us

• Resend delivers your form submission to our email inbox. The message passes through their systems.
• Vercel hosts the Site and may keep standard server logs.

These providers process data only to provide their services to us and have their own privacy policies.

Cookies and analytics

The Site doesn’t use advertising cookies or tracking, and we don’t currently run analytics. If that changes, we’ll update this page.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry emails as long as needed to respond and manage a business relationship, then delete them when they’re no longer useful.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information you sent us at any time. Email hello@optimizesheridan.com and we’ll take care of it.

Children

The Site is for businesses and isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy. The “last updated” date above shows the latest version.
